Nomad Capital Solutions was founded by Matt Morelli, who learned the hard way that deals don't close without the right capital partner. After earning his mortgage license and working unpaid hours far from home, Matt walked away and started a painting and remodeling business to learn how to actually run a company. That hands-on experience taught him sales, operations, and the reality of cash flow—but also left him searching for better funding options.

Matt found the Gator community through Pace Morby and discovered a gap: there weren't many brokers who understood both transactional real estate lending and business credit. So he built Nomad Capital Solutions to bridge that divide. Today he works full-time connecting investors, co-living operators, and small business owners with 50+ lender relationships across every deal type.
